True North Trusted Supports is a family-founded NDIS provider serving the Moreton Bay and Somerset regions of Queensland. It offers hands-on help with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting and meal preparation, plus higher-intensity personal care for participants with complex needs such as bowel care, tracheostomy and ventilator support, subcutaneous injections and complex wound management. Community nursing is delivered in the participant's home or community setting, covering medication management, wound and catheter care, stoma care, health monitoring and chronic disease support.
Support workers assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal planning and grocery shopping for people in shared or independent living, and help participants get out and connect through community events, sport, volunteering, peer mentoring and technology-assisted social inclusion.
