Hi, I’m Anita, and I’m the person behind Tree of Life Coordination. I work with people across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains who are navigating the NDIS. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been managing supports for a while. My goal is to help you feel supported, heard, and in control of your journey. I offer Support Coordination (Level 2) and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, but more than that, I show up for my clients with honesty, consistency, and care.
I know the NDIS can feel overwhelming. I’m here to help make sense of it, to take action when needed, and to keep things moving when they feel stuck. A bit about me I’ve been working in mental health and disability services for over 10 years now. Through that time, I’ve met so many incredible people, each with their own story, strengths, and challenges. That’s why I take a person-led, trauma-informed approach in everything I do. I’m not here to tick boxes or take over.
I work alongside you, at your pace, on your terms. Who I work with I support people of all ages and backgrounds, and I have particular experience working with: People living with psychosocial disability and mental health concerns Individuals with intellectual or neurological disabilities Those with complex needs who need a bit more support in bringing everything together Families, carers, and nominees who just want clear, steady support they can rely on Here’s what I offer Support Coordination (Level 2) Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Help with change of situation requests, reviews, and appeals Support via phone, video, email or face-to-face – whatever you’re most comfortable with What it’s like working with me People often tell me.
I follow through, I take action, and I genuinely care. I’ll always try to explain things in a way that makes sense, and I’m flexible when life doesn’t run as expected, because let’s face it, it rarely does. Where I work I offer in-person support in areas like: Penrith, Mount Druitt, Blacktown, St Marys, Glenmore Park Springwood, Glenbrook, Blaxland and nearby suburbs I also work remotely with clients right across NSW through phone or video.
Why Tree of Life Coordination? Because I genuinely believe that people thrive when they’re seen, supported, and connected. I keep things small and personal on purpose, so you’re never just a number. You deserve support that fits around your life, not the other way around. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready to take the next step, I’m here. Let’s move forward together, at your pace, with support that’s honest, human, and genuinely in your corner.
