Tree of Care

Tree of Care is a NDIS registered disability service provider in Victoria, started by a group of nurses and disability educators. We offer support for any activities of daily living: personal care, garden maintenance, cleaning, travel and transport, help in accessing community and anything you may need to achieve your small and big goals. We also provide community nursing care if you need to manage yourself at home rather than in hospital including high intensity support. If you want some one to coordinate all your care, Tree of care offers support coordination as well.
