Top End Support Coordination is a Northern Territory-based provider of Level 2 NDIS support coordination. Operating since 2020 and registered as an NDIS provider from the outset, the service helps participants, families, guardians and carers understand their plans and use their funding with confidence. Support coordinators work face to face and individually with each participant, building capacity to implement a plan, connect with community, mainstream and government services, negotiate with other providers on cost and scope, and complete service agreements and bookings.
The practice also assists participants to prepare for plan reviews. The team is led by Ketrina, an experienced Level 2 and Level 3 support coordinator who holds a Certificate III in Community Services and has completed specialist training in intensive and complex support coordination.
