Thrive N Succeed Mentoring is an Adelaide-based service dedicated to helping NDIS participants move from dependence to autonomy. We recognize that true independence is built through consistent, 1-on-1 mentoring that focuses on "doing with," not "doing for." Our Capacity Building services are designed to be flexible; inclusive, non-discriminatory, strictly non-religious and evidence based. As a family-oriented business, we prioritize authentic relationships, respect all backgrounds and beliefs, ensuring that every session is a purposeful step toward the participant's long-term goals without the promotion of any external doctrines.
