Territory Health & Support (THS) is a registered NDIS provider supporting people across Greater Darwin. It offers supported independent living, helping people live in their own home with support or supervision for daily living tasks, personal care, meal preparation, recreation and community inclusion, and supports people to develop their skills to live as independently as possible. It also provides short term accommodation of up to 14 days as a respite stay away from home, and medium term accommodation of up to 90 days for people preparing to move into a more permanent home.
Its social and community participation support covers centre-based and community inclusion activities, skills development and connection with family, culture and community. THS aims to provide a person-centred, flexible and innovative approach built around each person's goals, rights and choices.
