Take Charge Assessment and Therapy (TCAT), provides high quality and person centred NDIS and Aged Care Allied Health services throughout Australia. We offer the following Allied Health Services: -Occupational Therapy -Speech Therapy -Psychology -Physiotherapy As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, we meet the required compliance requirements and are committed to upholding the NDIS Code of Conduct. We support participants (7-65), who a wide range of diagnoses, working with the Participant/Support Coordinatior/Nominee to my time to understand each participants requirements and scheduled the participant with one of our experienced clincicians, based on this information.
As well as working within the NDIS space, we also work in of service areas, to ensure people with Disability have the supports that they require and are support to reach their individual goals. Some of these service areas include: Education, Corrective Services, Health Agencies and Aged Care clients Our team believes in open, honest and transparent communication, we do not maintain waitlists and are committed to ensuring that we respond to all quiries in a timely manner.
Take Charge Assessment and Therapy Locations, offer both Assessment and Therapy Australia wide: Face to Face services: Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide and selected regional areas. -Telehealth services - We understand that sometimes, a participant individual supports or location, may mean that they are unable to access Face to Face services and we believe that this should not be a barrier to accessing supports. Our team believes in open, honest and transparent communication, we do not maintain waitlists and are committed to ensuring that we respond to all quiries in a timely manner.
We friendly team, will support you throughout your individual participant journey with us including: making a referral and developing an understanding of the type of report/therapy, to ensure that you recieve the support that will allow you to reach your goals.
