The support model uses in therapeutic person centred care. Supportive and Hollistic Care has a team of skilled professionals working in the company. The Director- Mel has over 20 years working as a Nurse , then 5 years working with vulnerable people in case management and training.
Mel is very passionate about advocating for the rights of people living with disabilities to have their voice heard. The associate Director- Zak, has over 10 years working in case management with our First Nation People, is passionate about working with people from CALD groups.
