Registered nurses deliver community nursing care at home, managing wound care, medication administration, diabetes monitoring, post-hospital transitions and other complex medical needs.

Plan management handles invoice verification and payment, budget tracking, alignment with NDIS pricing limits and communication with the NDIA, keeping budgets auditable.

Supportier supplies communication and information equipment such as AAC systems, speech-generating devices, screen readers and braille displays, plus assistive products for domestic jobs and personal care and safety.

Travel and transport assistance includes escorted accessible vehicle transfers and support to build skills for public transport, for appointments, school or work, shopping and social gatherings.

The community participation program connects participants to mainstream opportunities such as pottery guilds, community gardens, local classes, inclusive sport, volunteer placements and cultural outings.
