We are NDIS Providers from SUPPORT BRIGHT in Northern Territory and we offer support work in Disability and Mental Health Services and Accommodation all over Darwin and Rural areas outside Darwin. We offer Community Nursing Supports such as 1. Continence Management ( catheter changes, removal and insertion) 2. Wound Care Management ( Wound assessment, dressings, wound cleaning) 3. Diabetes Management ( checking and monitoring blood sugar, administering insulin injections as per doctor's order) 4.
Medication Management ( organising medication packs as per doctor's order in the pharmacy, assisting in taking oral medications and injections) We also offer Support Worker services such as 1. Respite which can be in home or in our own accommodation 2. Assisting with personal hygiene such as showers etc 3. Meal preparation and assisting with other daily tasks such as groceries and cleaning 4. Travel and Transport ( ex. going to doctor's appointment) We also offer a 24/7 supported accommodation in Leanyer as we have an 8 bedroom house wherein clients will have access to support workers and nurses 24/7.
