Stellar Support Coordination is an NDIS registered provider based in Wodonga, Victoria, offering support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching to people with disability in the Albury Wodonga area. Support coordination helps participants understand their plan, connect with services that suit their goals, keep spending within budget and prepare for plan reviews. Psychosocial recovery coaching gives mental health specific support so participants can understand their psychosocial disability and build a personal recovery plan.
