Star Express Cleaning

My experience with Star Express as a company started off a little rocky with out first visit from someone with no communication whatsoever, things not done properly and having to be redone by myself. However after contacting the company they sent out Donna and assured us she'd be a good fit - and she was! She comes every fortnight and if she won't be able to make it, lets us know well in advance. Her communication level is great, always checking how we'd like new things done and making sure there isn't anything else she can do for us each fortnight. She pays great attention to the little things, including the way our bed is made, cleaning nose prints from our dogs off the glass door, rotating certain activities to make best use of her time with us. She's personal and takes an interest in asking how my partner and I are going each week, which is really sweet. I highly recommend her as a cleaner and the company from an administration standpoint has great communication including letting us know if Donna is going to be a tad early or late, and giving us a heads up about any stand-in cleaners when Donna is away (e.g. one- or two-person team and genders).

I would give them 10/10! The Manger themselves came out and looked at my home. From the fist Go moment they were extremely courteous and polite and made me feel at ease. They do everything! Including cleaning and gardening twice a week. Nothing is an effort for them. Storm, who does all the bookings, is extremely accommodating. They absolutely practice what they preach! They're just wonderful, their staff are lovely, I wouldn't change a thing about their service. If I ask them to do anything, they just do it! If I have an issue, I ring them straight away an they fix it straight away! Highly recommend! Don

Star Express Cleaning & Property Services cleaners were very hard working and did a wonderful job. Their attention to detail was amazing. I cannot fault the work they did for me. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning team turned up on time. I would highly recommend Star Express Cleaning & Property Services.

I ordered this service for myself for internal cleaning. My first impression was good, they seemed professional, were nice to me, and were very thorough. It's good they come in a team of two because they take half as long. Overall I would definitely recommend this service.
