Located on quiet, low-risk suburban streets with easy street access, they offer spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortable shared living areas. Homes are thoughtfully grouped by gender, personalities and interests, and staffed by dedicated all-male or all-female teams. Our team Our support workers are trained and experienced in mental health, medication support, de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies. They bring strong communication skills and use rapport and redirection to minimise incidents and help each person thrive.
Quality and accountability We take documentation seriously. Shift notes are completed hourly and audited daily, incident reports are provided within 24 hours, and behavioural data is collected and reviewed weekly — ensuring transparency and the best possible outcomes for participants and their support networks.
