Caring Hands Disability Services (CHDS) is dedicated to ensuring that the rights of people with disability are promoted and protected so they can fully participate in the community. We encourage and uphold the human rights of people with disability and empower them to make informed decisions about their lives. CHDS comprises a team of experienced professionals, including registered nurses, social workers, and support workers. The two Directors have approximately 30 years of combined experience as social workers and registered nurses in Australia.
Our experience and skill give confidence to our participants that they are in good, trustworthy and compassionate hands. Our commitment to innovation and going over and beyond allows us to tackle any challenge currently creating barriers for our participants to reach their potential. At CHDS, we work innovatively and persistently with each participant to unlock, realise, and unleash their potential, supporting and empowering them to be the best they can be now and in the future.
CHDS advocates for their participants inclusion, and we empower them with confidence, choice, and opportunity so they can live their life as they choose.
