We are a small team of enthusiastic, highly skilled, and experienced therapists, support workers, and coordinators who possess both NDIS and clinical knowledge to help navigate your NDIS plan.
Our Support Coordinators come from social work, case management, therapy, and nursing backgrounds. We started our organisation during the COVID-19 pandemic with the ambition to make a difference and add value to the community. Our mission is to provide support with a holistic, person-centered approach, recognizing that each person with a disability faces unique challenges in their daily life and has their own individual preferences. Our vision is to create a supportive, empowered community where neurodiverse and all-ability individuals can achieve their highest potential in life.
