Safe Passage Community Services is an NDIS provider offering supported independent living, individual living options, social and community participation, support coordination and residential care for young people. Its supported independent living service helps participants stay in their current home or preferred NDIS housing, with support for everyday chores, personal care such as showering, dressing and toileting, medication management, hobbies and personal growth.
Supported housing options are available across South East Queensland, including the Gold Coast. Individual living options help participants decide where and how they live and who they live with, whether housemates, mentors or living alone. Community participation programs offer skills development, transition to work, supported employment and recreation and leisure activities. Support coordination helps participants understand their needs, plan and connect with providers and community resources.
