Rock SC is an NDIS support coordination practice operating as a sole trader in Victoria. It is registered to deliver level 2 coordination of supports and level 3 specialist support coordination. A participant's involvement begins with a phone conversation about their current supports, followed by a meeting to go through the service agreement, policies and processes and to set goals together. Work then focuses on making the most of the funded plan and on navigating the other supports and services a participant uses. Policies are written with the NDIS code of conduct and participants' legal and human rights in mind, and feedback can be given anonymously.
