RMB Care is a family-owned, NDIS registered disability support provider based in Crace, supporting participants and families across Canberra and the ACT, including Belconnen, Gungahlin, Inner North, Inner South, Woden Valley, Weston Creek, Tuggeranong and Queanbeyan. The team focuses on consistency and continuity: participants work with familiar, local support workers rather than rotating rosters, and support plans are shaped around each person's goals, family routines and community.
Support covers assistance with daily living at home, dignified personal care, community access and participation through ACT community centres, libraries, recreation and transport, and building independence and everyday skills. Individualised, family-centred support planning is offered, with a straightforward process: get in touch, meet and discuss, plan and agree, then ongoing support. Registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission covers household tasks, assistance with personal activities, travel and transport, participation in the community, Supported Independent Living, daily tasks in shared living, group and centre based activities, and development of daily living and life skills, with registration in force until January 2029.
RMB Care is a family-based Canberra business and acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which it works.
