Real Time Care is a NDIS provider based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. We are looking for new participants and support workers to join us on our life adventure to try new experiences and to keep you active in the community. In Home Care We provide support and assistance with tasks around the home, From cooking to cleaning, we are here to support your day-to-day needs around the home. Community Participation We offer a variety of different activities and supports to encourage you to try new experiences and to keep you active within the community.
Community engagement gives you the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships and connections and gain a sense of belonging. Life Experiences We want to help you experience all life has to offer. We want to know your travel aspirations and goals, places you've always wanted to see and things you've always wanted to try. We work with you to try and make those dreams a reality - from waterfalls to 4WD tours. Support Coordination We work with you to discover your goals, aspirations and what you want to achieve through the different support avenues.
This helps to deliver the outcomes you want and need from your supports. We want to help you continuously maximise and adjust your supports to meet your growing individual needs. We provide service to the following areas - Cardinia Shire, City of Casey, City of Frankston, City of Greater Dandenong, City of Kingston, City of Monash, Mornington Peninsula Shire.
