Queensland Community Support Coordination, trading as QCSC, provides NDIS support coordination to participants in Queensland. Its support coordinators help participants build a support network, answer questions about their plan and set out options so each person can choose what suits them. The service continues after supports are in place, helping with transitional stages, identifying solutions when issues arise and passing on NDIS changes that may affect a participant's supports.
