Purple Heather is an NDIS support and coordination provider based in Joondalup, Western Australia. It was founded in 2022 by directors Paul and Ash, who came to Perth from Glasgow in 2011, and it works with private, NDIA, self-managed and plan-managed participants and their families. The team provides one-to-one mentoring, individualised living options with supervision of carers and staff, home and living exploration, support coordination, case management and social work services, and a pathway to employment program. Coordination is personalised for each child, young person and adult, building trusting relationships and connecting people with informal, formal and mainstream supports.
