Supported independent living for participants with higher support needs, with 24/7 or overnight support, personal care, daily living skills and community access.

Assistance to understand an NDIS plan, connect with providers, coordinate appointments and services, and build the capacity to manage supports.

Group outings to local attractions, parks and community events, plus social events, interest-based clubs and volunteer opportunities.

Home modifications such as grab rails, ramps, doorway widening and home lifts, assessed with the participant and coordinated with qualified builders and specialists.
