Priority Care Professionals always turn up. They are prompt, efficient and reliable. The support worker is adored by my daughter and she is alway on time. I happy with Priority Care Professionals – I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have had two different providers in the past and they are no match for the service we receive now.

They are punctual and they do want I need to have done, like clean my shower and changing my linen. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff are very friendly.

Priority Care Professionals are easy to talk to. They helped explain how the NDIS plan works. They have helped my sister and taken a lot of stress off me. The are just awesome! I would highly recommend them.

I have personal support from them and I find Priority Care real professionals in what they do, I’m very happy to get them as my support provider. The worker that comes always with a smile and is always makes me feel good. They see you for who you are and not for your disability. The girls help me to keep my house the way i want (clean & wash), they cook for me which I like and they’re keen to learn to cook what I like. Even if I need an extra help they are alwaysthere.

We started with them for my son and they’ve been really great. Ajani the service manager came to us and explained to us all about the registration and service. She answered all of our questions and got back to us on the same day about my sons funding plan issue we had. they cleared it with NDIA on the same day. She gave us insight into how the actual process works and how we can get the best from our NDIS plan. They were very supportive for us to get a carer that connects with our family and our culture. the system that they had was wonderful so we could see all about our carer and who they are. we are very happy with Priority care professionals service and recommend it to all.
