Plan Tracker is an NDIS plan management provider working with participants, families, support coordinators and service providers across Australia. It pays provider invoices, tracks spending against plan budgets and sends regular statements, and participants can follow their plan through an online portal and mobile app. The organisation began in 2016, joined Plan Partners and the McMillan Shakespeare Group in 2021, and now has around 65 staff in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.
Plan management is funded within NDIS plans, so no separate charge applies. Team members include people with lived experience of disability, and telephone support is available for participants who want to talk through their budget.
