Plan Management Specialists is an Australian private company that provides NDIS plan management from its office at Marcoola in Queensland. The practice began inside STEPS Group Australia, which had delivered disability services for more than 25 years, and became a separate entity in January 2019 when the NDIS reached the Sunshine Coast and plan management required its own specialisation. Participants' providers send invoices to the team, which lodges them with the NDIA and pays each provider once the agency's payment arrives, and participants receive a monthly summary of plan spending and remaining funds.
