Permalink Support Services is an NDIS provider, established in 2018, delivering in-home and community supports to people with disability across Melbourne. Its services include in-home care with personal care and household tasks, social and community participation, group activity programs, supported independent living, short or medium term accommodation, plan management, cleaning, gardening and supported employment. Allied health is provided through psychology, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, dietetics and exercise physiology, with functional capacity assessments completed as part of occupational therapy.
The organisation states it has supported more than 300 people across Melbourne and works with a network of allied health partners and accredited therapists. Support teams are kept consistent for people receiving in-home care, and group programs run at one support worker to three participants.
