Assistance with daily life in the participant's home and community, covering personal activities, household jobs such as cleaning and laundry, medication, transport and skills development.

Supported independent living with 24-hour support across three eight-hour shifts, individual living options such as shared living and host arrangements, and accessible specialist disability accommodation homes.

Short-term accommodation stays of up to 28 days a year that include personal care, meals and activities, plus medium-term accommodation for up to 90 days while a permanent home is arranged.

Round-the-clock emergency response for participants in crisis, with an after-hours helpline, rapid staff response and coordination with other services, including support during natural disasters and evacuations.

Support to reach medical appointments, social gatherings and the workplace, and help for participants to learn to use public transport independently.
