Para Ability Community Care (PACC) exists to support adults with disabilities to live life to the fullest. We deliver high-quality programs, support and accommodation services, that promote independent living skills in an encouraging environment. Our accommodation options create choices, opportunities & communities for people with a disability. PACC has been dedicated to improving liveability for people living with disabilities. We provide quality care, support services, and activities for children (aged 7 to 17) and adults at our purpose-built disability care centre in Modbury.
We care for our clients holistically with a comprehensive support network. Our dedicated and passionate team includes support coordinators, psychosocial recovery coaches, case managers, health practitioners, support workers and carers.
