Optimal Care Services Pty Ltd is an NDIS registered provider delivering person-centred disability support across South Western Sydney, with offices in Bankstown and Ingleburn. The team supports participants to live more independently, pursue their goals and take part fully in their community, working from personalised care plans built around each person's needs, preferences and routines. Registered supports cover assistance with daily personal activities and daily tasks in shared living, household tasks including cleaning and laundry, meal preparation, assistance with travel and transport using accessible vehicles, participation in community, social and civic activities, group and centre based activities, innovative community participation, development of daily living and life skills, and assistance to access and maintain employment or higher education.
Supported Independent Living is offered in shared homes, alongside support coordination and help with life stage transitions such as moving out of home, starting work or entering study.
