Optcare is a registered NDIS provider based in Edwardstown, South Australia, offering in-home and community support to people with disability. Support covers personal care and daily living, community participation, support coordination, in-home nursing and domestic help. The provider also runs supported independent living and specialist disability accommodation, with homes at Onkaparinga Heights and Morphett Vale, and an aged care program covering personal care, nursing, allied health, transport and respite. Optcare is led by founder and director Paula Grasby, whose background spans support work, youth work and teaching, alongside Dr Dallas Grasby.
