Nurture N Revive is a registered NDIS provider in Cranbourne North, Melbourne's south-east, delivering Supported Independent Living, community participation, daily living support and one-on-one support work. It runs shared SIL homes in Cranbourne North and Beveridge, with rostered staff covering awake overnight and daytime support, personal care, cooking, cleaning and medication routines. Support work happens at home, at a workplace or study, or in the community, and support workers are screened under NDIS worker-screening requirements.
Community participation covers appointments, social groups, sport, study and work. Housemates are matched on routine and support needs before a placement starts.
