Assist-Travel / Transport: Support with travel arrangements or transportation to help participants get to appointments, community events, work, or education, promoting independence and community access.

Support Work (Assistance with Daily Life): One-on-one personal care and support to help with daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, tailored to each participant’s individual needs and preferences. 5. Supported Independent Living (SIL): Ongoing support in a shared or individual living arrangement to help participants with disabilities live as independently as possible, including help with daily tasks, skill development, and personal care.
