New Chapter Support is a disability support provider registered with the NDIS and based in Bellerive, Tasmania. The organisation was formed in 2018 and provides supported independent living, in-home and community daily living assistance, short term accommodation, support coordination, behaviour support, and social and community participation. Support is delivered across the southern region of Hobart, from New Norfolk to Huonville and Dodges Ferry, with a 24/7 service and shifts including early mornings, late afternoons, sleepovers and active nights.
Each participant's supports begin with an assessment and a person-centred support plan developed with their family, support team and any advocate they nominate. Staff are screened through police checks and Working with Vulnerable People checks where required, and work to child safety standards and the NDIS code of conduct.
