The My Assist-A team have been great to work with, have been having them come in to help with cleaning/housekeeping duties once a week for me for quite a while, sorry uncertain of how long 1yr maybe 18mths? I also had a Personal Trainer from the team come in and help me with exercise programs until health issues put a stop to that for me unfortunately. I hope to keep having the team helping me keep my independence and stay at home as long as possible.

I have been really pleased with the professional,caring,responsive support that my daughter has received with MyAssista staff. My daughter suffers high anxiety and they have been very patient and supportive.Whatever is best for her they will support.This is why i gave them 5 stars.
