As a Support Coordinator based in the Macarthur area, I am passionate about helping individuals with disabilities access the support and services they need to lead fulfilling lives. My Supports offers: - Support Coordination: Helping clients navigate and manage their NDIS plans, connecting them to the services they need. - Core Supports/ Capacity Building (Community Participation): Assistance with daily activities, including personal care, household tasks, as well as encouraging and supporting participation in social and community activities to promote inclusion and engagement I am proud to work alongside an amazing team of dedicated support workers who truly go above and beyond for every client.
