My Playground

My experience with My Playground Disability has been pleasant. Kellies was able to help me to connect with my son’s planner and get a NDIS review plan don up rather quickly, knowing the capacity building budget is running low. Kellie is prompt to response to email and able to react quickly to send follow up emails to the NDIS for their response to the review needs. As a person, Kellie was also having soft skill, being companionate and understanding of family situation and able to extend her listening ears to us as carer. I would rate 4.5 star for Kellie service and will continue to work with her closely to monitor my son’s plan.

My experiences with Kellie at My Playground Disability have all been fabulous. I find Kellie to be empathetic, friendly, kind, and always professional. Kellie helped me get through an extremely rough patch where my husband lost his job during lockdown. We weren't able to meet face to face, but Kellie was able to calm me down over the phone. As I am unable to work, this was a dire situation, and having Kellie to speak to made all the difference. We keep in touch on a regular basis, or more if needed. I know that I can ring Kellie any time for help, or just to chat. Kellie always has my back and best interests in mind.

My sister is the NDIS particpant and I'm working with My PLayground on her behalf. The recovery coaching has been exceptional in supporting my sister. She's built a strong rapport where my sister feels safe and comfrotable to meet with Kellie and to trust Kellie. Kellie has oragsnise the OT and all thsoe people. But in a relationship suporting my sister, she's amazing. For me as the sister, to be able to trust somebody completely, to know she's got her best interests at heart. To know my sister isn't alone for months on end, now she has a person she trusts to have a coffee with and talk things through. It's building her confidence. My sister does not usually feel comfortable to have a support person, but she's really welcomed this enaggement. I feel meeting Kellie has helped her open. It's so good. On the times I've communicated with Kellie, she responds in a prompt and timely manner. She reviews the OT reports, and does all of that proefssionally. She's doing her job really well. But it's the ability to enagge at the relationship level with someone who has no friends or social life that means the absolute world. I could not have imagined how amazing this could have been. Because NDIS is so difficult to navigate. It has changed my sister's life! I would give them six stars.

I Found my playground through my case manager, it took about 2 weeks of meet and greets with kellie who organised me with a support worker that suits me best. My playground has helped me organise things from all aspects of my life like my apartment through to food and healthcare needs. My playground has also supported me in gathering all the equipment I need to live a healthy and productive lifestyle. Because of my playground I now look forward to Monday’s and Friday’s when I never used to. Highly recommend

if you are thinking about signing up for support work with Kellie at my playground you are guaranteed to be looked after. she ensures that each individual that requires care is done so with the upmost respect, efficiency and dignity I have ever seen. participants are given the full ability to reach their goals and create spaces where they are comfortable and feel although they are living to their full potential regardless of the struggles they deal. I would absolutely recommend If you're looking for support work to look no further. cannot recommend Kellie or my playground enough. just a quick phone call with her will show you this!
