My Coast Support

Support coordination helps participants understand their NDIS plan, connect with registered and non-registered providers, build capacity to manage supports and prepare for plan reassessments.

Daily living and community access support workers assist with household tasks, errands, companionship and everyday social and recreational activities, in the participant's home and community.

Centre and community-based group programs run on scheduled days and include outdoor social, cooking, gaming, social, creative and lifestyle groups, with transport provided.

Supported independent living offers 24/7 support in shared homes and in a participant's own home, with wheelchair-accessible and female-only houses among its Central Coast options.

The employment pathways program provides one-to-one mentoring for job readiness, resume and interview preparation, workplace communication, training options and connection with inclusive employers.

Social events and community gatherings, including dinners, festival outings and beach markets, are offered as NDIS group activities with transport available.
