So happy to have met My Choice Support Care, as I was not aware of so much support that I can access for my child. Make sure to give them a call as you not alone. The staff in the office were helpful, but it took months for delivery even after they had been paid. They kept promising delivery in three weeks which kept coming and going. In the end my son had to call and make a fuss.

The staffs are very welcoming and kind. They are very responsive and accommodating. Services are good quality and they support everyone with the best of they can! It is a very friendly environment. everyone is treated equally and fairly.

I am writing to show how I have appreciated the services of the support worker and My Choice Support Care. It has been nice having a support worker come to my place and be friendly and who I can have some conversations with. she has also really helped me with learning stuff to do with Technology. I am learning more and more each time, but i have to practice as well to be able to remember things. The organisation appears to be very well run. I met the Manager today and he is very friendly and helpful. While I was at the office, the cup of tea that i had was very nice and a very good flavour too.

I recently had a Fall and injured my neck and back. My Choice Support care provided mě with support People when ever l needed them, even ať Very short notice. I have been unable to dříve for 7 weeks and with their help l have not missed any of my regular appointments with my treating doctor. They were even excellent advocates when l was feeling too ill to talk much. To be honest I'm not sure where l'd be without them. Their kindness and compassion were beyond measure....thankyou to My Choice Support Care!

I tried support work from My Choice Support Care. They clearly asked my needs and allocated staff for my need. Following my care plan. Calling from office and make sure we are confirtable. Great service.

An EN has been assigned for my support. She was very friendly and followed with me in shopping, day center, park and training session. I was not happy with first carer and they assigned to a new support worker when I raised the concern. Their office is always contactable and responding to my quiries. They made changes on my support hours, when requested.

I had some cultural and gender preference for the support worker which I clearly mentioned for my dad before sign the contract. My Choice Support Care assigned carer based on request. They are flexible to change the shift when I requested couple of time. The staff coming is patiently listen to the concerns of my dad and it really working. My dad has many concerns and I was looking for a support worker listening to those specific concerns. My Choice Support Care listedned to those concerns and assigned right person and keep good progress notes.

The staff from My Choice Support Care help with shopping, cleaning my house, social drives and walks. They don't just go and do something without consulting me - they check how I would like something to be done, and I appreciate that type of help. They are all also great cooks! The management always email me to check if everything is going well.
