Mitch Hardman Support Coordination is a sole-operator NDIS support coordination service on the New South Wales and Victorian border. It works with participants around Albury, Wodonga and nearby communities, helping them understand and get the most from their NDIS plans. The coordinator draws on more than eight years of work in the disability sector and on local knowledge of the supports available in the region. Practical help includes connecting people with services that suit their situation, reviewing arrangements when circumstances change, and finding alternatives when a current service is not working out. The work is independent of the providers it recommends.
