Mervium is a boutique NDIS plan management provider operated by Mervium Pty Ltd, a Western Australian private company. Registered participants are assigned a dedicated plan manager who is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ or a CPA. The team processes provider invoices and claims, pays providers generally within one business day of funds arriving, and issues monthly summaries showing how funding is tracking. Participants also get round-the-clock access to an online portal that displays their plan and remaining budgets by support category, along with budgeting advice and help with reimbursements.
Plan management is covered by NDIS funding at no cost to the participant, and the service is offered to participants in every state and territory.
