MCT care is providing only genuine care. I thought the staff are like absolute real plan manager go above and beyond and really care about how my son is doing. They proactively contact us on a regular basis and answer all the questions that we have about my son’s NDIS plan. Highly recommend.

Traumatic experience of more than a decade of being father of disabled son, our family are having relief when Macarthur Community Total care (MCT care)'s staff started to provide service for my son with autism. Wonderful management and health professionals; registered nurse and Dr listened to us and made the difference on my son's life and our family's member. Great services!

Great pay, may be on the top. approachable management, Participants and clients can get huge benefits from this company as they provide a lot of service and support to client as per their and family needs and goals.

Best support worker as I found. Because support worker from MCT Care made my son independent and able to work within one year via NDIS funding. As my understanding, they made a plan by discussing with me, updated as required and implement effectively. Management also excellent as they address small issues during the care and frequently contacted to us to make the choice effective.

Wonderful support coordinator. Implementing my NDIS plan as per my choice. I was struggling to manage my fund as it was self managed last year. Thank you LAC to referring a very knowledgeable, calm, patient person to listen to my wishes. Very genuine care.

As an employee we can learn lots with this company. had a lot of good days , had fun with the clients , did activities with them. management is extremely cautious about providing support for employee to achieve the clients goal.

Overall good service

Wonderful and very trained workers. My son is diagnosed with Autism. Now he is 15. He was giving me very hard time. Staff from MCT Care motivated him to learn and behave well. Now, he is managing most of the thing himself, almost independent, planning and interventions are excellent.. They know what they are doing. Much appreciated to MCT Care & team.

Working in the management: very well managed, co-operative, always encouraged for the skill development. But very strict on duty and providing service to the clients. Though it is stressful, it is helping me to work with minimal error and careful execution of the required tasks. Heard very positive feedback from the clients and their family members. Very busy with arranging educations to staff members and documentation. However, I like MCT care for the skill development and continuous professional development.
