Services include Personal Care -We will support you with showering,grooming and meeting your daily personal care and hygiene needs to maintain your independence and dignity. Social and Community Participation - We can support you to be an active member of your community to stay engaged, meet people, develop interests or access community.
Skills Development- We can support you to learn a range of skills based on your needs at home or out in the community like: shopping, meal prep and cooking, money skills, catching public transport , social skills transport support- We can assist with transport to access activities outside of the home.
