A very easy service provider to work with! Very attentive and responsive to the requests of my participants. As an LAC it is difficult to source reliable providers that can assist straight away however MCC has been very helpful and have gone out of the way for all my referrals.

I loved how quick and professional it was to get supports in place, especially for my complex clients who would've been in the CJP scope, to find a support service willing to meet with my participants in person and listen to their needs, then tailoring it to them specifically is something the other services out there need to take note and learn from, the standard of support is set very high and haven't had any of the staff at all, for some of my new to supports participants, they really appreciate the time taken to have the right staff found for them has really helped their experience with NDIS as a whole, I only hope this service continues to grow and maintain this level of professionalism and person centered approach for many more years to come, Special Thank You to the Service Coordinator for always going above and beyond, staying back late, starting early to ensure the vulnerable people we support are always well looked after or making the extra effort to call them personally to advise of any changes, I appreciate your hard work!
