Maxima is a national, for-purpose employment services organisation working since 1985. It delivers Inclusive Employment Australia, the former Disability Employment Services program, for adults and teenagers with disability, injury or a health condition, helping participants find suitable roles, access training, arrange workplace adjustments and stay in work with ongoing support. That support is available in Southern Adelaide and around Perth and Fremantle, while the wider organisation runs recruitment, apprenticeships, traineeships and First Nations employment programs from offices in several states. Surplus funds are reinvested rather than paid out as profit.
