Marli & Moe is an Australian private company providing NDIS support coordination, specialist support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching, set up after its director's own family experience of the scheme. Support coordinators help participants understand and use their plan, connect with providers, negotiate agreements and budgets, and monitor funding. Specialist support coordination serves people with complex needs or in crisis, delivered by staff with allied health, psychosocial or social work backgrounds.
Recovery coaches use lived experience and training to help participants set a recovery plan and coordinate mental health supports. The team works from a Penrith office, with local teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and the Sunshine Coast, and weekday hours run from 8am to 7pm.
