We prioritise taking the time to understand your needs and match you with the right team member, and the right services.
Our Team We don't compromise when it comes to selecting who joins LunaCare. All employees go through complete checks and a thorough interview process. We require a minimum of 12 months experience and a Cert III in Individual Support, however many of our support workers have a background in nursing, medicine or allied health. As such, we are able to handle any level of care, including high intensity and complex, with experience across areas such as ABI, Muscular Dystrophy, Motor Neurone Disease, Cerebral Palsy, and Multiple Sclerosis.
Our Services Personal Care We can help with everything, including; full personal and hygiene care toileting bedside care mobility support You choose the degree of support, and we will work with you. Daily Living Our team can support you in completing regular activities of daily living. Whether it’s planning, preparing meals, or assisting in administration of medications, our team can help complete these tasks or provide you with direction to complete them yourself.
We can also liaise with other members of your healthcare team to create a plan, and ensure the seamless coordination of your care. Domestic Assistance We understand how busy you might be, or simply that you might just need a little extra help. Anything from laundry, to gardening, to cleaning the kitchen - our team is here to support. All our cleaners and gardeners will bring their own equipment and supplies.
