Loving Care Home Support is a registered NDIS provider based in White Rock in Cairns, supporting people with disability across Cairns and surrounding areas. The team provides compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each participant's individual needs, goals and preferences, in a safe and respectful environment where participants feel valued, heard and empowered to make their own choices. Personal care supports help with everyday activities so participants feel comfortable, confident and independent, including medication reminders and support with daily routines.
Domestic assistance and household tasks keep the home clean, safe and comfortable, and the team can help with meal planning, preparation and cooking. Community support assists participants to get out, stay connected and take part in community life, while companionship and emotional support reduce loneliness and build confidence. Registered supports also cover assistance with travel and transport, development of daily living and life skills, participation in community, social and civic activities, group and centre based activities, innovative community participation, assistance with life stage transitions, daily tasks in shared living, and Supported Independent Living for participants who need help to live as independently as possible at home.
