LivEasy Care is an NDIS registered disability services provider in Western Australia offering supported independent living, in-home supports, community participation and respite and transition care. Its supported independent living service helps participants live as independently as possible through shared living in SDA high physical support and SDA robust houses and non-SDA homes across Perth metro and surrounds, with support for personal care, daily living, meal preparation and shopping, transport, cleaning and laundry, clinical nursing and community inclusion.
The in-home team assists with personal care, health care, medication management, mealtime assistance, money management and social visits in the participant's own home. Community participation support helps participants pursue goals and interests, work, study or socialise, with support workers transporting and accompanying them. LivEasy Care also offers short to medium term transitional accommodation in its respite properties, including adult respite short stays with personal care, meals and community activities.
