Little TheraPeas is a neurodiversity-affirming paediatric therapy clinic at Little Mountain on the Sunshine Coast. It supports children, teens and adults through holistic, family-centred, trauma-informed therapy, offering occupational therapy, speech and language pathology and family therapy. Therapy may be play-based, structured, creative or functional and is matched to each person's strengths and goals, with parent coaching at the core so skills carry over into home, school and community life.
Children are supported with motor skills, sensory processing, regulation, self-care, social participation, school engagement, independence and life skills; teenagers with emotional regulation, executive functioning, daily living, social participation and mental health; and adults with life skills, home modifications, assistive equipment and community engagement. The clinic is equipped with modern sensory equipment and offers in-clinic and community-based support across the Sunshine Coast and telehealth across Australia.
