Greetings everyone! We're a fresh NDIS provider serving Taree and nearby areas, committed to fostering social and economic independence for individuals with disabilities. Our aim is to be the premier service provider in our community. Our team comprises seasoned Registered Nurses and support workers. We cater to both self-managed and plan-managed participants across the Mid North Coast. Although based at home, we're flexible to travel for service provision.
Currently, we've completed auditing and await NDIS registration. Our services are accessible 24/7, with new participant intake starting next week. Our offerings include community access, community nursing, assistance with life stage transitions, life skills development, disability transport, self-care support, household tasks assistance, and disability supported accommodation. au.
